In 2021, they were awarded the inaugural AWWA Innovation Award for their satellite leak detection product, Recover. ASTERRA products use synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data from satellites and turns it into large scale decision support tools. Proprietary algorithms are the key to their mission, delivering actionable intelligence to advance Earth’s resource resilience.
